Stage 05 · Retain & Grow

The job is done. The system keeps working.

Reviews, repeat business, and referrals don't happen by accident at scale. They happen because something asks at the right moment. This stage makes sure something does.

“Retain & Grow” is the post-sale stage of the SimpLsolutions system: automated review requests after each completed job, reminders for recurring or seasonal service, reactivation campaigns for past customers, reputation monitoring and response, and analytics across the whole customer lifecycle.

Who this is for

You'll recognize yourself if…

  • You do great work and have a fraction of the reviews a mediocre competitor has.
  • Past customers forget you exist until something breaks and they search again.
  • Seasonal work depends on customers remembering to call.
  • You have hundreds of old leads and customers in a list nobody has contacted in a year.
Questions

Retain & Grow, answered

Is automated review requesting allowed?

Asking customers for honest reviews is fine. What's not allowed is gating (only asking happy customers) or offering incentives. We configure requests to go to every completed job and to ask for an honest review.

Won't reactivation campaigns annoy people?

Not if they're relevant and infrequent. A reminder that it's been a year since a tune-up is useful; a weekly promotion is not. We keep campaigns tied to real service timing and easy to opt out of.

Can this work with my existing job management software?

Often, yes. If your field service or job software can mark a job complete, we can usually trigger the review request and reminders from that event. The audit covers what integrations are available.
