Stage 02 · Capture

Every inquiry lands in one place.

Leads arrive by form, phone, chat, and booking link. If each one goes somewhere different, some of them go nowhere. Capture routes every inquiry into one contact record with the source recorded.

“Capture” is the lead-intake stage of the SimpLsolutions system: landing pages, web forms, website chat, tracked phone numbers, and appointment booking, all connected so each new inquiry creates or updates a contact and opens an opportunity in your pipeline automatically.
What's included

Every door in, wired to the same room

Landing pagesService- and campaign-specific pages built for one action, whether a call, a form, or a booking, with tracking on each.
FormsShort, qualifying forms that create a contact and an opportunity the instant they're submitted. No inbox, no spreadsheet.
Website chatA chat widget that collects name and phone first, so a conversation started on your site continues by text after they leave.
Call trackingTracked numbers by source (website, Google profile, ads) so every call is logged to a contact and attributed correctly.
Appointment bookingA booking link customers can use from your site, a text, or an email, synced to your team's calendar with reminders built in.
Source attributionEvery contact carries where they came from, so months later you know which channels produce jobs, not just leads.
Who this is for

You'll recognize yourself if…

  • Website form submissions go to an inbox that someone checks when they can.
  • Calls that come in while the crew is out are voicemails, and voicemails get forgotten.
  • You couldn't say, with confidence, how many leads came in last week.
  • Customers text an employee's personal phone, and when that employee leaves, the history leaves with them.
Questions

Capture, answered

Can a custom website connect to SimpLsolutions CRM?

Yes. Website forms, chat widgets, and tracked numbers all feed SimpLsolutions CRM directly. A form submission on your site becomes a contact and an opportunity in seconds, with automations triggered from there.

Does this replace my current phone system?

It doesn't have to. Tracked numbers can forward to your existing line. Many clients later move the main business line into the system so every call is logged, but that's a choice, not a requirement.

Will the chat widget annoy visitors?

It shouldn't. We configure it to be present, not pushy: no auto-popups on arrival, and it asks for a name and number so the conversation can continue by text rather than trapping the visitor on the page.
