Stage 04 · Convert

See every open opportunity. Close more of them.

A lead that's been captured and followed up still has to become a job. Convert gives you one pipeline for every opportunity, automates the busywork between quote and signature, and shows you where revenue actually comes from.

“Convert” is the sales stage of the SimpLsolutions system: a visual pipeline for every opportunity, automated reminders and quote follow-ups, AI assistance for qualification and scheduling, payment collection where appropriate, and reporting that ties closed revenue back to its source.

Does a local business need a CRM?

If you have more than a handful of open opportunities at a time, more than one person talking to customers, or any desire to know which marketing produces revenue, yes. A CRM is the place where the customer's history and your team's next step live together. Without it, both live in people's heads.

Do I need to replace my current CRM?

Not necessarily. If it works and your team uses it, we can often connect it. If it's a spreadsheet or a system nobody opens, consolidating into one platform is usually the better path.

Is this a lot for my team to learn?

The goal is less to learn, not more. Most of what your team does today (texting, calling, emailing, scheduling) happens in one app instead of five. We train your team and configure the system around how you already work.

Find the leaks in your current growth system.

Free. About 30 minutes. You get a written summary of what's working, what's leaking, and what we'd fix first, whether or not we work together.
